The
City continues to annex undeveloped lands across the City. This has resulted in
the expansion of the City boundaries from 29 square miles to 36 square miles.
The City has annexed its 1,700 acre Wastewater Treatment Plant #3 property. Staff
began preliminary work on developing a large portion of the property for
commercial/manufacturing uses.
Objective:
The City of Winter Haven's
objective is to expand the City boundaries
through property annexation.
