The City Clerk's Office is the official custodian of all records and is responsible for all current and archival public documents. The city clerk prepares agendas, attends and records the proceedings of all City Commission meetings, maintains records of all rules, ordinances and resolutions of the Commission, acts as custodian of the City Seal, conducts all municipal elections, performs all legal advertising for the City, schedules, coordinates and plans special events and functions for the City Commission and provides general administrative and clerical assistance to the City Commission. |
