Dog Obedience Classes

Dog obedience classes will be offered for dogs of all levels.
Ages: Dogs 4 months and older
Dates: March 4 - April 22
May 2 - June 27
August 1 - September 19
Days: Tuesday or Saturday
Time: Tuesday 6 - 8 pm
Saturday 9 - 11 am
Fee: $50 Resident
$63 Non-resident
*This class requires pre-registration at the Chain O’ Lakes Complex.
** Classes will be held at the Lions Park Clubhouse.


Fitness Programs:

Goju Karate
Goju Karate teaches strong discipline, focus, control, conditioning, and balance, all while learning serious self-defense techniques through conditioned response. 

Session Dates: Monthly/ongoing
Days:  Tuesdays and Thursdays

Time: 6:30 - 8 p.m.
Age: 5 and older
Fee: $45 Resident, $57 Non-resident

       *There is a $50 annual membership fee which includes a uniform.


Tae Kwon Do
Students will be taught the importance of respect, responsibility, self control and good behavior while learning self defense and how to maintain good physical and mental health.  Students will learn from a master and become part of an association that is internationally recognized.

Session Dates: Monthly/ongoing
Day: Tuesday and Thursday

Time: 6 - 6:45 p.m.            7 years old and under

         6:45 - 7: 45 p.m.       8 years old and older
Age: All
Fee: $50 Resident,

        $63 Non-resident

       *There is a one time registration fee of $30 which includes a uniform.


An Olympic sport, Judo is practiced by millions of people throughout the world today. Do Judo to excel in competition, to stay in shape, and to develop self-confidence. Most of all, do Judo for the fun of it!

Days: Monday and Wednesdays

Time: 6:30 - 8:30 p.m.

Age: 6 and older

Fee: $55 Residents

        $69 Non-Resident


Zumba combines high energy music with unique and easy-to-follow moves. Get fit while dancing away your stress.

Day: Monday

Time: 6-7 p.m. (Adults)

Ages: All

Fee: $4 Residents per class

       $5 Non-Resident per class

Join your fellow badminton players for fun matches.


Time: 7 - 9 p.m.

Ages: All

Fee: $5

Dance Programs:

Belly Dance - Beginner
The beginners class will take you through the basics and will have you dancing by the end of class!

Belly Dance - Choreography
The choreography class is for those students who want to add choreography to their repertoire and will be a mixed format fusion class.  Instructor permission is required to take the Choreography class.

Monday and Thursday

Time: 6 - 7 p.m.  Beginners (Mon)

         7 - 8 p.m.  Choreography (Mon)

         6 - 7 p.m.  Open Gym (Thurs)
Age: 16 and older
Fee: $6/class or $10/both Mon. classes or $50/month Resident

        $7/class or $11/both Mon. classes or $63/month Non-resident

Ballroom Dancing

Ballroom dance is a set of partner dances, which are enjoyed both socially and competitively around the world.

No Partner Needed
Day: Wednesday

Time: 6-7 p.m. Beginner Ballroom Dancing

         7-8 p.m. West Coast Swing Dancing

Ages: All Ages

Fee: $10 Resident per class

       $11 Non-Resident per class
