                                  Yoga                                                            Tae Kwon Do

Fitness Programs:

A mindful exercise that includes linking breath control to specific body postures/poses, movements, and stretches.  Modifications will be offered as needed.  Flexibility is not a requirement.

Day:   Monday

Time: 6 - 7 p.m.
Age:  10 and older
Fee:  $7 Resident

         $8 Non-resident

Goju Karate
Goju Karate teaches strong discipline, focus, control, conditioning, and balance, all while learning serious self-defense techniques through conditioned response. 

Session Dates: Monthly/ongoing
Days:  Monday and Wednesday

Time: 7:30 - 8:45 p.m.  Monday

          6:30 - 8:45 p.m.  Wednesday
Age: 5 and older
Fee: $45 Resident, $57 Non-resident

       *There is a $50 annual membership fee which includes a uniform.


American Kenpo Karate 
American Kenpo is a balanced system of self defense that can enable one to defend oneself from a much bigger and stronger attacker and even multiple attackers. Starting from the first lesson, the student will feel that he or she, regardless of age or size, can effectively defend themselves against certain attacks. Kenpo can maximize self esteem and increase confidence. It is great fun for the whole family.

Time: 6:30 - 8 p.m.
Age: 6 and older
Fee: $45 Resident, $57 Non-resident


Tae Kwon Do
Students will be taught the importance of respect, responsibility, self control and good behavior while learning self defense and how to maintain good physical and mental health.  Students will learn from a master and become part of an association that is internationally recognized.

Session Dates: Monthly/ongoing
Day: Tuesday and Thursday

Time: 6 - 6:45 p.m.            7 years old and under

         6:45 - 7: 45 p.m.       8 years old and older
Age: All
Fee: $50 Resident, $63 Non-resident

       *There is a one time registration fee of $30 which includes a uniform.

Boxing Fitness
Tone with weights and work up to a cardio boxing fitness workout with boxing bags.  Enjoy music to punch to!

Zumba (all levels)
Zumba combines high energy music with unique and easy to follow moves.  Get fit  while dancing away your stress

Monday, Thursday and Saturday 

Times: 6:30-7:30 p.m. Mon./Thurs.

Age: All - children free with paying adult
Fee: $5/class or $40/month Resident

Join your fellow badminton players for fun matches.

Dance Programs:

Belly Dance - Beginner
The beginners class will take you through the basics and will have you dancing by the end of class!

Belly Dance - Choreography
The choreography class is for those students who want to add choreography to their repertoire and will be a mixed format fusion class.  Instructor permission is required to take the Choreography class.


Time: 6 - 7 p.m.  Beginners

          7 - 8 p.m.  Choreography
Age: Women 18 and up
Fee: $6/class or $10/both Mon. classes or $50/month Resident

        $7/class or $11/both Mon. classes or $63/month Non-resident

Music Programs:

Guitar Lessons
Class sessions and times are scheduled through the instructor to fit your busy schedule.  Learn different music genres using bass, electric or acoustic guitars.  Jam sessions are held every Friday evening from 7 - 9 p.m.  Unleash your inner rock star!  Contact instructor at 514-0417 to schedule a class.
