                               Yoga                                                                   Tae Kwon Do



Fitness Programs:

Beginners & Beyond Yoga 
Stretch and strengthen at this yoga class designed for all ages and levels. You will be led through a series of yoga poses with modifications suitable for everyone from beginner to advanced.  Enjoy this relaxed-pace class while improving your flexibility and strength.

Day: Thursday

Time: 6 - 7 p.m.

Age: All

Fee: $8 per class Resident

       $9 per class Non-resident

            

Tae Kwon Do
Students will be taught the importance of respect, responsibility, self control and good behavior while learning self defense and how to maintain good physical and mental health.  Students will learn from a master and become part of an association that is internationally recognized.


Session Dates: Monthly/ongoing
Day: Tuesday and Thursday

Time: 6:30-7:30 p.m.
Age: All
Fee: $50 Resident, $60 Non-resident

       *There is a one time registration fee of $30 which includes a uniform.

Judo
Judo is a fun sport, an art, a discipline, a recreational or social activity, a fitness program, a means of self-defense, a way of life and more.


Session Dates: Eight week session/ongoing
Day: Monday

Time: 6 - 7:15 p.m. Beginners, 7:15 - 8 p.m. Advanced
Age: All
Fee: $35 Resident, $45 Non-resident

Fencing
Introduction to the sport using foil, epee and saber methods. Basic equipment is supplied. En garde!


Session Dates: Monthly/ongoing
Day:
Tuesday

Time: 7 – 9 p.m.
Age: All - children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult
Fee: $8 per class or $25 per session Resident

        $9 per class or $35 per session Non-resident


Boxing Fitness
Tone with weights and work up to a cardio boxing fitness workout with boxing bags.  Enjoy music to punch to!

: Tuesday, Wednesday and Saturday

Times: 6-6:45 p.m. Tues./Wed. and 9 - 10 a.m. Saturday
Age: All - kids free with paying adult
Fee: $5 Resident, $6 Non-resident per class

Zumba (all levels)
Zumba combines high energy music with unique and easy to follow moves.  Get fit  while dancing away your stress

Days:
Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday

Times: 6:30-7:30 p.m. Tues./Thurs. and 8 - 9 a.m. Saturday
Age: All - children free with paying adult
Fee: $5 per class or $40 per month Resident

        $6 per class or $50 per month Non-resident

Badminton
Join your fellow badminton players for fun matches.

Friday

Time: 7 - 9 p.m.

Dance Programs:

Pre-School Ballet
Designed to develop basic motor skills, musical awareness, expression and creativity.    Classes are per month.

Day:   Tuesday

Time: 6 - 7 p.m.

Ages: 4 - 6
Fee:   $35 Resident, $45 Non-resident

Ballet for Children
This class allows dancers to become more integrated with rhythm, tempo and ballet skills.  Classes are per month.

Day:   Tuesday

Time:  6 - 7 p.m.

Ages:  7 & up
Fee:    $45 Resident, $55 Non-resident

 

Beginning Belly Dance
Take control of your body with belly dance.  Strengthen your core and work up a sweat while learning the most mysterious of dances.

Day: Monday

Time: 6 - 6:55 p.m.
Age: Women 18 and up
Fee: $8 Resident, $9 Non-resident per class



Advanced Belly Dance
Find empowerment through belly dance.  Learn dancing and performing techniques, group choreographies and perform at different venues. No experience necessary.

Time: 7 - 7:55 p.m.
Age: Women 18 and up
Fee: $8 Resident, $9 Non-resident per class


Belly Dance Dual Class
For the dancers who are planning on taking both belly dancing classes on the same night.

Time: 7 - 7:55 p.m.
Age: Women 18 and up
Fee: $15 Resident, $16 Non-resident per class



Music Programs:


Guitar Lessons
Class sessions and times are scheduled through the instructor to fit your busy schedule.  Learn different music genres using bass, electric or acoustic guitars.  Jam sessions are held every Friday evening from 7 - 9 p.m.  Unleash your inner rock star!  Contact instructor at 514-0417 to schedule a class.

Fee: $110 per four weeks; $150 per six weeks; $200 per eight weeks Resident
