Executive Services
is a creative, talented and innovative mix of employees and diverse functions
whose focus is to improve communications and service to the City’s internal and
external customers.
Located in or near City Hall, Executive Services staff work as a
team dedicated to bringing value to our organization and community as a whole!
Our goals include:
* Creating a condition for the Citywide distribution of accurate and
timely
information about the City and our plans for growth and
development.
* Marketing the benefits and positive qualities of our workforce.
* Developing and implementing diverse training and enrichment
programs for our
employees.
* Expanding and improving current human resource programs to
promote fairness, consistency, equal employment opportunities,
safety and positive employee relations.
* Listening and considering internal and external customer ideas for
creating and
maintaining a quality winning City.
Staff projects include such things
as employee
training and development; Human Resource Policy Manual administration,
recruitment and employment and safety and employee relations.
We welcome questions, comments and suggestions for improving service and making
