The function of the Human Resources Department is
to oversee and develop a comprehensive human resources program and manage the
employee and retiree benefits programs for the City. This Department provides City
officials, managers and employees with services that are consistent with
professional Human Resources Management principles, which contribute to an
effective and efficient workforce. |
