The Cash Collections Unit serves as the central depository for all City funds. Funds are collected, receipted, posted and deposited.
Utility account payments can be made in a number of ways:
- Auto draft via Easy Pay Plan
- Online at www.mywinterhaven.com, clicking on "Online Utility Bill Pay"
- Credit Card Payment via telephone at 863-291-5688 (no convenience fees)
- Payment Drop Box in City Hall Annex parking lot
- In person at Cash Collections Unit in City Hall Annex
- Mailing payment to City of Winter Haven, Post Office Box 2277, Winter Haven, FL 33883-2277
