The Procurement Services Division, under the supervision of Bob Bishop, Division Director, is an executive services office responsible for City-wide administration of City purchasing policies and procedures, including:

 
     
 
  • Primary contact for inclusion in the City's Bidder List and initial bid inquiry and information;

  • Administration of bids valued at $3,000 and up;

  • Procurement supervisory authority for projects under the jurisdiction of the State Sales Tax Exempt Purchasing Procedure;

  • Sole contact and buyer for the Central Stores Division;

  • Administration for City surplus disposal of equipment, vehicles and furnishings.
