Our mission is to provide courteous, accurate and timely responses to utility customer inquiries; to provide efficient, accurate and timely reading of all City water meters; to assure timely and accurate billing for City services; to coordinate utility customers' needs with this and other City departments/divisions; and to assure billing, receipt, security, custody, deposit and recording of City monies.
The Utility Accounts Unit is responsible for all the utility account related activities to include account set-up, billing and collection/posting/deposit of funds. Overall, our goal is to provide courteous, accurate and timely assistance to our customers.
