The purpose of the Facility Management Services Division is
to provide clean, safe and affordable rental facilities while providing quality
customer service. Our facilities are available to rent for seminars, wedding
receptions, birthday parties, banquets, trade shows and much more. The Chain of Lakes Complex also offers on-site catering services. The division staff will
assist you with set-ups and maintaining all audio and visual equipment requirements.
Our staff can also assist you by coordinating requests to make your event
special in every possible way. The facilities are available Monday through Sunday
starting as early as 7:30 a.m. and finishing by midnight. All outdoor facilities
