The Landscape Services' Division is responsible for the landscape maintenance at all City parks and at most City facilities. In addition, the division maintains all athletic fields, including Sertoma Park, Winter Haven Recreational & Cultural Center (WHRCC), DiamondPlex, the Chain of Lakes Stadium and numerous rights-of-way and roadway beautification projects throughout the City.
