The Recreation & Culture Division is comprised of the Chain of Lakes Complex, the Winter Haven Recreational & Cultural Center, the Winter Haven Senior Adult Center, Rotary Park and the Winter Haven Public Library. The division is responsible for the day-to-day operations at each of these facilities and all related programming including after school and summer youth activities, instructional classes and special events.
