The Procurement Services Division is a Financial Services office responsible for City-wide administration of purchasing policies and procedures, including:

• Primary contact for inclusion in the City's Bidder List and initial bid inquiry and information;

• Administration of bids valued at $3,000 and up;

• Procurement supervisory authority for projects under the jurisdiction of the State Sales Tax Exempt Purchasing Procedure;

• Sole contact and buyer for the Central Stores Division;

• Administration for City surplus disposal of equipment, vehicles and furnishings.

Click Search.  You will see the bids that have closed (expired).  Choose the bid you want to view and you will see the documents posted.
