Payment Services

Pay Utility Bill

Tips for logging into your account:
1. Have your utility account number handy for logging in.
2. For your password use the numeric portion of your mailing address.

Tired of making payments every month?

Set up Autopay

You can sign up with a debit or credit card OR provide us with your bank routing and account number for us to draft your account monthly and pay your utility bill automatically.

Other ways to pay:

Call Payment Services at (863) 291-5688.
You will need your account number and credit card number to pay.

Mail in a check or money order with your bill stub.
Make sure to write your account number on your payment.

Drop your check or money order in the drop box at the west end of our parking lot. Make sure to write your account number on your payment. No cash please.

Visit us in person. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, checks and money orders.

Please be aware payments made through your online banking bill pay and Third-party vendors are not affiliated with the City of Winter Haven and may require additional processing time. Utility accounts will not be credited with payment until funds are received by City of Winter Haven.
