City of Winter Haven Reserved Parking Program – 2018/19 Lottery
Did you know the City of Winter Haven has a reserved parking program in Downtown?
Current lessees have renewed for the current lease year (October 1, 2018 to September 20, 2019) and there are spaces still available for lease. The leasing of these available spaces will occur through a lottery process to be held October 30, 2018 at 9:20 a.m. in City Hall. Individuals and businesses must submit a separate application for each space requested. Applications can be submitted from now until 9:00 a.m., October 30, 2018. Each application will immediately be assigned a lottery number and grouped according to the lot requested. A separate lottery drawing will be held for each lot. Any remaining spaces not assigned via the lottery will be made available on a first-come/first-served basis beginning October 31.
Once the lottery is complete, successful applicants will be required to execute a lease and make payment prior to November 1 at a pro-rated amount for the remainder of the lease year.
