Notice is hereby given that a Special Run-Off Municipal Election to fill vacant Winter Haven City Commission Seat 5 will be held on Tuesday, December 5, 2023, from 7 a.m. until 7 p.m. at the same polling locations as the November 7, 2023, Regular and Special Election.

The voter registration deadline has passed as of Tuesday, October 10, 2023.
