DOWNTOWN ADVISORY COMMITTEE
The City of Winter Haven is accepting applications to fill a vacancy (Seat #10) on its Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA) Downtown Advisory Committee. The Downtown CRA was established by Resolution R-00-03, adopted by the City Commission at its Regular City Commission Meeting, June 30, 2000.
The Committee consists of ten (10) members who are residents of, or engaged in business within, the City of Winter Haven, provided; however, that a majority of the membership shall either reside or be engaged in business within the Downtown District. Members serve two-year terms.
This committee meets six times per year (February, March, May, July, August, and November), the second Monday at 5:00 p.m. at the Florida Citrus Building, Florida Room, 500 3rd Street, NW.
