Public Notice: Special City Commission Meeting- May 19, 2021

BOARD:         City Commission of the City of Winter Haven, Florida


DATE AND TIME OF MEETING: Wednesday May 19, 2021, 5:00 p.m.


The Public may come to the John Fuller Auditorium in City Hall, 451 Third Street, N.W., Winter Haven, Florida for a special City Commission Meeting to be held at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, May 19, 2021, to discuss and take action on matters related to a De Novo Hearing on P-21-01 for special use approval.  Public participation shall be governed by Section 2-227 of the City’s Code of Ordinances.  Case # DN-P-21-01 will be presented at that time, in accordance with Section 21-418 of the City’s Code of Ordinances for consideration and action by the City Commission.   Social distancing and other Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and Florida Department of Health (FDOH) guidelines pertaining to COVID-19 will be followed and observed.
