A Special City Commission Meeting will be held on Wednesday, September 21, 2022 at 5:00 p.m. in the John Fuller Auditorium at Winter Haven City Hall, 451 Third Street, N.W., Winter Haven, Florida, to discuss and take action on matters related to a De Novo Hearing on Planning Commission Case Number P-22-05-S for Special Use Approval.  Case Number DN-P-22-05-S will be presented at that time, in accordance with Section 21-418 of the City’s Code of Ordinances for consideration and action by the City Commission. All interested parties may appear at the meeting and be heard with respect to the proposed matter to be considered by the City Commission.

All interested parties who decide to appeal any decision made by the City Commission with respect to any matter considered at such meeting or hearing will need a record of the proceedings, and, for such purpose, may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based. The City Commission may continue the public hearing to other dates and times as it deems necessary.  Any interested party shall be advised that the date, time and place of any continuation of these or continued public hearings may be announced during the hearing and that no further notices regarding this matter may be published.
