The City of Winter Haven is excited to host A Tea of Appreciation at The Winter Haven Garden Center. This open-air event will celebrate the generous contribution of the Winter Haven Council of Garden Club members. This program will feature words of gratitude from local officials, a historical reflection, and light refreshments.
