City Commission Agenda Review & Attorney-Client Session TIME CHANGE

The Winter Haven City Commission Agenda Review Session, normally held at 6:30 p.m., will begin at 5:30 p.m., at City Hall, 451 3rd St. NW, Winter Haven, 33881. After convening, the City Commission will hold an Attorney-Client session to discuss settlement negotiations and strategy related to litigation expenses related to the matter of Polk Regional Water Cooperative, et al, vs. Peace River/Manasota Regional Water Supply Authority, et al. The Attorney-Client session is anticipated to last about one hour, and will be held in the City Manager’s Conference Room at City Hall. The Attorney-Client session will be attended only by City Commissioners, City Manager and/or Assistant City Manager, City Attorney, outside legal counsel and a court reporter.
