COMMUNITY PROJECT OPEN HOUSE – Northeast Winter Haven Neighborhoods

The City of Winter Haven would like to invite residents and visitors to our Community Projects Open House on Thursday, December 16th, between 5:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. at the Winter Haven Recreational & Cultural Center! The entire community is invited to participate in open discussions regarding the upcoming city investments and projects.
