Development Special Magistrate Hearing-November 6, 2020

Due to the COVID-19 public health emergency, the Winter Haven Development Special Magistrate will meet and conduct all public hearings at the Nora Mayo Hall in the Florida Citrus Building, 500 Third Street, N.W., Winter Haven, Florida; the meeting will commence at 10 a.m. on Friday, November 06, 2020.
Social distancing and other Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and Florida Department of Health (FDOH) guidelines pertaining to COVID-19 will be followed and observed at the meeting.

Public Hearings scheduled for November 06, 2020, may be continued by the Development Special Magistrate to later dates and times which will be announced at the meeting.
If any person decides to appeal any decision made by the Development Special Magistrate with respect to any matter considered at such hearing, he/she will need a record of the proceedings and for such purpose he/she may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based (F.S. 286.0105). Please be advised individuals must make their own arrangements to produce this record The Development Special Magistrate may continue the public hearing to other dates and times as he/she deems necessary. Any interested party shall be advised that the date, time and place of any continuation of these or continued public hearings may be announced during the hearing and that no further notices regarding this matter may be published.
