NOTICE OF CITY OF WINTER HAVEN DEVELOPMENT SPECIAL MAGISTRATE MEETING
September 16, 2022, 10:00 A.M.
John Fuller Auditorium, 451 Third Street, N.W., Winter Haven, Florida
The Winter Haven Development Special Magistrate will meet and conduct all public hearings in the John Fuller Auditorium at the Winter Haven City Hall, 451 Third Street, N.W., Winter Haven, Florida; the meeting will commence at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, September 16, 2022.

Public Hearings scheduled for September 16, 2022, may be continued by the Development Special Magistrate to later dates and times which will be announced at the meeting.
All interested parties who decide to appeal any decision made by this body with respect to the matter considered at such meeting or hearing will need a record of the proceedings, and that, for such purpose, may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based (F.S. 286.0105).
