On Saturday, October 29th, We would like to close off the small street on 3rd NW between Ave C and Ave D. We would like to have food trucks and 2 beer gardens along with music, other vendors, costume contest a raffle giveaways. We think it would be a great way to bring people to this side of downtown Winter Haven and we know people would have a blast. We need to find out what permits and permissions we we need to obtain to organize and hold this event. I would like to get this done ASAP so that we have enough time to market the event with the city and on our own. Any information/help you could give us would be greatly appreciated.
