Due to the COVID-19 public health emergency, the Winter Haven Planning Commission will meet and conduct all public hearings at the Nora Mayo Hall in the Florida Citrus Building, 500 Third Street, N.W., Winter Haven, Florida; the meeting will commence at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, September 1, 2020. In addition as an alternative method to allow members of the public to attend and participate in this meeting, members of the public may attend and participate in the meeting by connecting to the Zoom meeting platform as follows:

All interested parties who decide to appeal any decision made by this Commission with respect to the matter considered at such meeting or hearing will need a record of the proceedings, and that, for such purpose, may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based (F.S. 286.0105).
