As a result of COVID-19, the City of Winter Haven announces a virtual Agenda Review Session to be convened pursuant to the Governor’s Executive Orders 2020-52, 2020-69, 2020-112; 2020-120; 2020-123; 2020-150; 2020-179; 2020-193 and City of Winter Haven Resolutions R-20-23 and R-20-25.

PUBLIC PARTICIPATION: The public is invited to listen to or watch the virtual agenda review session meeting by visiting https://www.facebook.com/winterhavenflorida/ where the meeting will be live streamed. Public comment is not available for this virtual Agenda Review Session Meeting.
The Public may also come to the John Fuller Auditorium at City Hall, 451 Third Street, N.W., Winter Haven, Florida at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday, September 23, 2020, to observe the meeting. Social distancing and other Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and Florida Department of Health (FDOH) guidelines pertaining to COVID-19 will be followed and observed.
