Special City Commission Meeting Use of Communications Media Technology during COVID-19 Local State of Emergency (Resolution R- 20-25)

The Winter Haven City Commission will hold a Special City Commission Meeting to consider authorizing the use of Communications Media Technology (CMT) for public meetings including but not limited to the public hearings of all boards of the City of Winter Haven and dependent special districts, including but not limited to the City Commission, during the COVID-19 Local State of Emergency on Monday, April 6, 2020, at 5:30 p.m. in Nora Mayo Hall at Florida Citrus Building, 500 Third Street NW, Winter Haven, Florida and consider other public health, safety and welfare matters related to the COVID-19 Public Health Emergency.
