We are thrilled to announce that The City of Winter Haven will host its inaugural Juneteenth Celebration on June 19, 2021! Join us as we celebrate African American history and culture through an uplifting festival of education, music, and more!

What can you expect from this event?

Attendees can look forward to historical reflections, spoken word performances, a battle of the bands, Family Feud: HBCU edition, and an electrifying performance from Winter Haven’s own Gritz and Jelly Butter  Band!

Kids of all ages can participate in the kid fitness challenge hosted by Andre Berto. With signed permission from a parent or guardian,  kids will have the opportunity to flex their physical fitness by participating in a completion-based obstacle course designed to challenge speed, strength, agility, and overall physical fitness.
