Curbside collection of bulk waste is provided once a week on the same scheduled day as yard waste. Bulk waste includes household discards, building materials, small and large appliances and tires. Bulk waste must be at least three feet from fence, mailbox, irrigation sprinkler, utility pole, shrubbery, or any other obstacle. Please keep bulk items separated from yard waste.
Household discards include, but are not limited to chairs, dressers, tables, carpets, bed frames, mattresses, sofas, sinks and toilets. Fees for this service are applied to each individual item.
Building Materials include, but are not limited to painted wood, plywood, composition board, doors, windows, and fencing. The width and length of materials may not exceed five feet. Most building materials will be collected; however, hazardous materials WILL NOT be collected. Fees for this service are applied per cubic yard of material.
For disposal of larger amounts of building materials, large roll-off containers are available for a one time fee on a first-come, first serve basis. The container sizes are 20, 30, and 40 cubic yard. For more information, contact our Solid Waste Office at 863-291-5756.
Large appliances include, but are not limited to, washers, dryers, refrigerators, stoves, air conditioners, dehumidifiers and water heaters. Fees for this service are applied to each individual item.
Residential customers are entitled to one free annual bulk pickup. To schedule your pickup, please contact the Solid Waste office at 863-291-5756 prior to the date you would like the service.

Yard waste includes horticultural or garden debris, (grass clippings, leaves, brush), tree limbs, etc. Tree limbs can be no longer than 4 feet in length. All yard debris over 5 cubic yards or 30 bags are subject to additional charges. Grass, leaves, and small shrubbery trimmings must be bagged.
