Parks, Recreation & Culture staff is dedicated to adding fun to our community. More specifically, the department is responsible for all City sponsored and co-sponsored recreational activities, community athletic programs for youth and adults, Willowbrook Golf Course and day-to-day operation and maintenance of a variety of community centers and public parks. The Parks & Grounds Division is also responsible for grounds maintenance at various City facilities and along numerous roadways throughout Winter Haven.
