The Winter Haven Police Department is comprised of three Bureaus that cover every aspect of law enforcement in our world-class agency. Each bureau is commanded by a Captain who reports directly to the Chief of Police.

Administration includes Internal Affairs and Accreditation.
Uniform Services
The Uniform Services Bureau is the largest single division within the Uniform Services Bureau.
Investigative Services
The Investigative Services Bureau provides the City of Winter Haven with professional and skilled investigators who are available 24 hours a day.
Support Services
The Support Services Bureau includes training, personnel recruitment and a host of other vital areas in the Police Department.
