The City of Winter Haven Citizen survey is open year-round. A third party company (Zen City) collects the data, ensuring samples are representative of our community’s demographics in the most recent census. Data is collected via a variety of methods including digital, direct mail, and phone. The City receives a report several times per year.
The City of Winter Haven Commission and Staff utilize the data in strategic planning and budgeting initiatives.
