Update – June 2, 2021 2:04 PM.  The re-use water supply has been restored.

The re-use water system will be shut down at 2:00 pm today, due to lack of supply.  It will be reinstated once the supply the re-use supply has been replenished.  If you are unsure if you are re-use water customer, start by checking your Winter Haven Water bill. You will see “RU” under your service readings section. Ways you can help conserve our re-use supply:

The City of Winter Haven follows the Southwest Florida Water Management Watering Restrictions.  They are as follows:

Even addresses may water on Thursday and Sunday

Odd addresses may water on Wednesday and Saturday

Watering times are prior to 10:00 am and after 4:00 pm.  (The coolest part of the day). Note: Water loss due to evaporation happens when watering in the heat of the day and causes damage to lawns and landscapes, and also puts a strain on irrigation supply.
