Tired of making payments every month?

Log in online to sign up for auto payments. You can select your payment method and pick your payment date. Each month, you will receive emails confirming your payment.

Other ways to pay:

Call Payment Services at (863) 291-5688.
You will need your account number and credit card number to pay. This service is available 24/7.

Mail in a check or money order with your bill stub.
Make sure to write your account number on your payment.

Drop your check or money order in the drop box at the west end of our parking lot. Make sure to write your account number on your payment. No cash please.

Visit us in person. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, checks and money orders.

Please be aware payments made through your online banking bill pay and Third-party vendors are not affiliated with the Winter Haven Water and may require additional processing time. Utility accounts will not be credited with payment until funds are received by  Winter Haven Water.
