New Payment Portal and Utility Bill for your Convenience!

We’ve made your Utility Bills Better!

Starting with your January statement and going forward your utility bill will have a new look. From feedback from customers like you, we aimed to make the bill more useful and convenient for our customers.  Here’s a sneak peak of the new bill coming your way.

We’ve enhanced your online experience, giving you more options for payments and notifications!

The City of Winter Haven has teamed up with First Billing Services to provide you, our customers, exciting new ways to pay your bills and manage your utility account online!

Do you pay your bill online?

If so, beginning January 3, 2019 when you click “Pay Utility Bill” you will be directed to a new online payment portal. You will need to register your account online using your account number, zip code and service address in order to view your billing history.
The new portal accepts credit cards and e-checks, and allows you to store your payment method for future payments or to enroll in Auto Pay. You can even set up notification preferences such as Text & Pay to get reminders of your bill due date and pay your bill with one easy text! Do you pay your bill over the phone?

If so, beginning January 3, 2019 when you call “863-291-5688” you will notice more options to choose from. Now you can pay your bill over the phone 24/7 using our new Automated Phone Payment System.
To pay, simply have your account number and payment method available. Or you can speak with a live agent at First Billing from 9am to 5:30pm to make a payment.
