Winter Haven Water and will be making improvements to the water system in your area on February 7, 2022 between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. Due to this relocation there will be an interruption to the water service. Once the water has been restored, those customers affected will be placed under a boil water notice. It will be necessary to boil water for 2-3 minutes before consumption only. It will not be necessary to boil water for other purposes. Typically boil water notices last up to 48 hours. Customers will be notified when the notice is lifted by The City of Winter Haven via door hanger and the city’s web site. The information pertaining to this notice will be posted on the City of Winter Haven’s website https://www.mywinterhaven.com/utilities/. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
