Unfortunately due to COVID impacting our staffing levels, the Winter Haven Water Customer Service lobby is temporarily closed to walk in traffic. During this time our representatives are still available to assist you via the phone at (863) 291-5678.
As a result, no cash payments can be processed, but a wide variety of payment options are still available to our customers:

- Check or money order payments via the drop box: 551 Third St NW
If you would still like to make a cash payment, Amscot is available to take payments or provide money orders. Money orders can be placed in our drop box.
