FDOT will be holding their Public Hearing on Thursday, January 30, at 5:00 p.m. in one of the formats below.
One or more Winter Haven City Commissioners may be in attendance.
- Live Online Option: Attend virtually from a computer, tablet, or mobile device. You can register in advance at https://tinyurl.com/SR544PublicHearingRegistration Please review the meeting materials online through the project website prior to this event.
- In-Person Option: Attend in person at Polk State College, Winter Haven Student Center, 999 Avenue H NE, Winter Haven, Florida 33881 anytime between 5:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. for Displays review.

After reviewing the public workshop materials and/or participating in the in-person or virtual events, you may choose any combination of the following options to submit your comments:
1) On the project website;
2) Emailing David C. Turley at David.Turley@dot.state.fl.us; or
3)Mailing comments to David Turley, 801 N. Broadway Ave., Bartow, FL 33830. While comments about the project are accepted at any time, please post, email and mail your comments by February 10, 2025, to be included in the formal hearing record. All comments are weighted equally. Questions can be answered by calling FDOT Project Manager David Turley at (863) 519-2255. A summary of the workshop comments and responses will be available on the website approximately 30 days following the close of the comment period.
