[ARCHIVED] Vacancy - Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA) Florence Villa Advisory Committee

The City of Winter Haven is accepting applications to fill a vacancy (Seat #6) on its Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA) Florence Villa Advisory Committee. The Florence Villa CRA was established by Resolution R-00-06, adopted by the City Commission at its Regular City Commission Meeting, March 13, 2000. 

The Committee consists of ten (10) members who are residents of, or engaged in business within, the City of Winter Haven, provided; however, that a majority of the membership shall either reside or be engaged in business within the Florence Villa District with at least two (2) members also serving on the Florence Villa CDC Board. Members serve two-year terms. 

This committee meets quarterly (January, April, July, and October - unless otherwise noted), the second Monday at 5:30 p.m. at the Winter Haven City Hall, John Fuller Auditorium, 451 Third Street NW.   

If you are interested in serving on this Committee, an application may be obtained as follows:

All completed applications must be returned to the City Clerk by Friday, February 9, 2024.
