Survey Data

The City of Winter Haven Citizen survey is open year-round. A third party company (Zen City) collects the data, ensuring samples are representative of our community’s demographics in the most recent census. Data is collected via a variety of methods including digital, direct mail, and phone. The City receives a report several times per year.

The City of Winter Haven Commission and Staff utilize the data in strategic planning and budgeting initiatives.

Performance Metrics

The City of Winter Haven tracks hundreds of performance metrics. These are the inputs and outputs produced by the City Government. They are organized to align with each of our six strategic pillars. Metrics are updated weekly, monthly or quarterly.
